The location is perfect, right on the ghat and close to Har Ki Pauri. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with live music. The staff, especially Krishna, is courteous and helpful.

I chose to stay at Ganga Lahari during my trip to Haridwar and I must say, it was a fantastic decision. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right next to the Har ki Pauri ghat and the main market lane. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the Ganga aarti.

The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food. Although I opted for the a-la-carte menu instead of the buffet, I was impressed with the taste and quality of the dishes.

I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Haridwar in the future.

Over this past Christmas we stayed at a hotel close to the river, which made it very convenient to stroll down for a morning walk. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding hills and mountains from the terrace, where we spent most of our time. The high tea and buffet breakfast were the highlights of our day, offering a great variety of food that was better than we had expected.

The furniture was quite old and worn out. Given the number of people taking part in the festivities, the hotel was very crowded, and we had to wait a while to be served.

The location was just a stone's throw away from the famous Ghat, which made catching the evening Aarti a breeze.
